Return/Refund Policy
You may return sold items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if there
is no sign of damage or use. Moss Communications will not pay for shipping of
returned items unless the return is a result of a shipping error by Moss
Communications. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of
shipping your return package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes
your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify
you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned
item.
Delivery Method and Timing
All orders requiring shipping will be shipped within two business days. Many
times, orders will be shipped the same day if they are received by noon PT.,
Monday - Saturday. Moss Communications selects a shipper that will deliver your
order in the most cost-effective, reliable, and timely manner. Unless the
customer specifies a preferred shipper and wishes to use his/her account number,
Moss Communications will ship using the U.S. Postal Service (priority mail) or
Federal Express Ground.
For orders
involving the starting of an electronic subscription, we will enroll you within
24 hours of receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email to
verify that you have selected this subscription. Once you authorize this order,
your subscription will begin.
